How to Change your Blogger Blog Background with your Custom Image?


Hello buddies, finally I return to blogger tips after writing six posts on Google Keep, Tips and Tricks and Google Products. So let�s start with today�s topic. Today�s topic is how to add custom background to your Blogger/ BlogSpot blog. Blogger also provide a collection of lot backgrounds under many categories like technical, computer and many more. But if you not found a suitable background for your blog then blogger also provide you an option to add your custom background. In blogger old dashboard interface blogger face many problems in updating custom background.in new blogger dashboard interface it�s very easy. So start with this blogger tutorial.

Follow the below six steps to change your blog background.


1. At first log in to your blogger account. Then choose your blog which background you want to change because most of the blogger uses multiple blogs like me.

2. Now you are at the particular blog dashboard. Choose template from left menu bar.




3. Now two options appears is in front of you, one is Customize and second is Edit HTML. Choose Customize.




4. Once you choose you should see template designer menu. Choose background option from the menu list present on blogger designer template.




5. Now a default image box is appears. In the right of the image a little arrow is present. Click on that arrow.




6. A new popup like window is opens where blogger show you a collection of images in different categories. On the top of these categories list upload image option is present which actually useful is for us.




7. Now click on upload button and browse image from your system an upload it.




8. After uploading image you are coming back on the template designer. Now you need to set up your image for your blog.
       1. Choose alignment for your image.
       2. And tile format for image if your image is big in size you have no requirement of tile. And you use small size image then choose tile format vertical tile horizontal tile which is suitable to your background image.
       3. Ticks mark the Scroll with page check box if you want to scroll your image with page scroll.




9. Now click on the �apply to blog� button which is placed on right most corners.

10. Your blog background image is updated with your new uploaded image. Now click on back to blogger. Done.

Note :

Now check your blog that your background image is updated or not because many images will not work as background in blogger. And if your image is take too much time to load background then choose a different image for your blogger background.
